NYT reporting Sanders will make an announcement on the "future of his campaign" at 1pm Eastern.

Bernie Sanders to Hold News Conference on Future of His Campaign
Mr. Sanders will deliver remarks in Vermont at 1 p.m. Eastern following a series of stinging defeats on Tuesday night, as Joseph R. Biden Jr. took command of the Democratic primary.

It's possible that Sanders is not actually suspending his campaign completely, but just cancelling live appearances (claiming Wuhan Flu as an excuse) while instead Skyping out speeches.

Mr. Sanders had planned to hold a Friday rally in downstate Illinois, an event that aides now say will not happen because of concerns about the spread of the coronavirus. On Tuesday, he canceled a planned primary night rally in Cleveland. Itï¿½s not likely Mr. Sanders will be able to hold his signature rallies -- which provide the evidence, as he says regularly, that his is the campaign of energy and enthusiasm -- in the immediate future.
Instead the Sanders campaign is planning virtual campaign events such as tele-town halls and live-streamed events. But itï¿½s not clear how Mr. Sanders will demonstrate the energy he boasts about from behind a computer screen or over a telephone line.

This guy from Mediaite claims a source tells him Bernie is not dropping out, and will debate the feebleminded addlepated waterhead Biden on Sunday:

Below, Carlson argues that Bernie Sanders, whom he calls a "professional loser" and the world's "lamest revolutionary," never really intended to win anything. He just likes making a spectacle of himself and talking about sweet sweet socialism.

He notes that Sanders always refuses to attack the Democrat front-runner on the grounds that would be most damaging.
